General Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payments
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival.
Quiet Hours
Quiet time begins at 10:00 PM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: From 3:30 PM onwards
- Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
Children
Children are very welcome. All guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Pets & Smoking
Pets are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all lodges and communal areas.
